Forms found on different parts of our website are used for collection of contact information from Users for purposes of order processing, support and responding to requests. Should a User need to change their personal information, they may do so by updating the detail on their account.

We keep records of User interaction and the support provided by our agents via email, chat and phone to track account history so that we can be able to serve our Users better.
