    Your Rights Under GDPR

    Right to Access (Article 15)

    You have the right to obtain confirmation whether we are processing your personal data and access to that data, along with information about how it is processed.

    Right to Rectification (Article 16)

    You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete data.

    Right to Erasure (Article 17)

    Also known as the "right to be forgotten," you can request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when the data is no longer necessary for its original purpose.

    Right to Restriction of Processing (Article 18)

    You can request that we limit the processing of your personal data in specific situations, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data.

    Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

    You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.

    Right to Object (Article 21)

    You can object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or based on legitimate interests.

    Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making (Article 22)

    You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you.

    International Data Transfers

    We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

    Sub-Processors

    We engage trusted sub-processors to help deliver our services. A list of our sub-processors is available upon request. We ensure all sub-processors meet GDPR requirements through appropriate contractual arrangements.

    Data Breach Notification

    In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform affected individuals without undue delay.

    We will respond to your request within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

    Complaints

    If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.
