By accessing or using Hostingking's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

Hostingking provides the following services:

Web Hosting services
Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting
Dedicated Server hosting
VPN services
Domain registration and management
Related technical support

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental consent

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

Any illegal activities or purposes
Distribution of malware or malicious code
Spamming or unsolicited bulk email
Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
Hosting content that promotes violence or hate
Cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
Any activity that could harm our network or other customers

5. Payment Terms

All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
Payment is due upon order for new services
Recurring services are billed in advance
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
Failed payments may result in service suspension
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most hosting services. Domain registrations, dedicated servers, and certain add-on services are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive for 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this standard, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA policy. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control are excluded.

8. Data and Backups

While we perform regular backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss. We recommend maintaining independent backups of all critical data.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms of Service
Payment is overdue
Your usage impacts other customers
We receive valid legal requests
We believe termination is necessary to protect our services

10. Limitation of Liability

Hostingking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hostingking, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website belong to Hostingking or our licensors. You may not use our branding without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
